At CSA Research, I lead the organization's strategic vision, leveraging deep expertise in market research to deliver trustworthy industry-leading insights comparable to those in other sectors. My responsibilities include optimizing business models, fostering international partnerships, and spearheading global expansion across multiple continents. I also provide strategic guidance to language service providers (LSPs) on growth initiatives and manage our confidential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice.
After teaching at universities in the United States, I began my market research career in 1992, serving in key roles at prominent firms such as Forrester Research. There, I spearheaded the company’s global expansion, transforming it into a market leader with a substantial international footprint. My time at Management Ventures (MVI) Worldwide further honed my expertise in strategic consulting and business development. I also have a robust academic foundation in international business and technology, holding a master’s degree in computer science from Boston University and a master’s degree in management from the Hult International Business School. This is further enriched by studies at ESSEC in France and École Supérieure de Commerce in Algiers.
I uphold a code of ethics grounded in reliability, integrity, and a commitment to clients. My goal at CSA Research is to deliver impartial, thoroughly researched advice while fostering transparency and trust in every professional interaction.
In my personal time, I am deeply interested in global cultures, political environments and continuous learning. But my greatest joy remains poetry as a universal form of communication across languages and cultures
